Debbie Hulett's Asparagus Chicken with Black Beans

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix together the beans, garlic and oil, then add to the chicken and marinate 20-30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the corn starch, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir fry the asparagus in olive oil. Cover and add water as needed to finish cooking, then set aside.
  4. Saute the chicken until browned and cooked, then add the asparagus and the gravy. Continue cooking to thicken the sauce.
  5. Plate and serve with rice.
